Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility and physical activities such as walking, transfers, and light exercise
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Provide medication reminders and monitor basic health conditions
• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve patient well-being
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Accompany patients to medical appointments or social activities when required
• Monitor and report changes in patient health or behavior
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Follow individualized care plans provided by healthcare professionals or family members

Requirements

• At least a High School diploma or relevant caregiving training
• Caregiving certification is an advantage
• Previous experience in elderly care, disability care, or patient care preferred
• Basic knowledge of first aid and health monitoring
• Further Physically fit and capable of assisting with patient mobility
• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
