Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Administer medications as prescribed while following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
• Moreover Prepare meals and assist with feeding to ensure proper nutrition
• Observe and document changes in patient condition and communicate updates to healthcare teams
• Use mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts to assist with safe transfers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow safety procedures including CPR, First Aid, and emergency response protocols
• Moreover Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, assisted living, or similar settings preferred
• Moreover Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assisting clients
• Moreover Strong observation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed
