Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Moreover Perform daily care routines while ensuring residents’ comfort and dignity
• Escort or transport residents to medical appointments and activities
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Moreover Maintain accurate records of care provided and resident progress
• Support healthcare professionals in adjusting care or treatment plans
• Provide emotional support and encourage resident participation in activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Moreover Uphold professionalism and act as a positive role model
• Collaborate with team members to improve care services

Requirements

• Moreover Demonstrated patience, compassion, and empathy when caring for the elderly
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to work 5 days a week with 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
• Moreover Ability to adapt to shift work and multitask efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates and SPM holders are encouraged to apply
