Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Further Support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings
- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families
- Further Follow individualized care plans and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records using mobile applications
- Ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
- Further Permanent right to work in New Zealand (no restrictions)
- Valid New Zealand Full Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Access to a smartphone for work-related applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnight, or weekends
- Genuine passion for supporting seniors and people with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
