Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Further Support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders as directed
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families
  • Further Follow individualized care plans and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records using mobile applications
  • Ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times

Requirements

  • Further Permanent right to work in New Zealand (no restrictions)
  • Valid New Zealand Full Driver’s Licence
  • Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Access to a smartphone for work-related applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnight, or weekends
  • Genuine passion for supporting seniors and people with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
