Winger Motors is looking for a friendly and organised Service Receptionist & Administrator to join its busy Customer Service Centre in Penrose.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people. You should also enjoy working in a busy environment. You should know how to stay organised when there is plenty happening at once.
The Penrose Customer Service Centre supports five Winger Motors dealerships across Auckland. Hundreds of vehicles pass through the workshop each month.
You will be an important part of the team. You will help customers with service bookings and enquiries. You will also provide administration support across the wider operation.

The Role
- Manage a busy volume of incoming customer calls.
- Assist with service bookings and appointment requests.
- Respond to customer enquiries and direct calls where required.
- Greet customers and assist with general enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Complete general administration, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist with reporting, filing, and record management.
- Support customer vehicle coordination and vehicle movements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service and Workshop teams.
- Help keep the Customer Service Centre organised and running smoothly.
About You
- Previous reception, customer service, or administration experience.
- Confidence handling a high volume of phone calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
- A friendly, professional, and positive approach.
- A willingness to pitch in and support the wider team.
Previous automotive experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.
