Responsibilities

• Further Monitor and safeguard NHW facilities, staff, patients, and visitors
• Respond promptly and effectively to security-related incidents and internal codes
• Patrol assigned areas and conduct routine security checks
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Further Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding security concerns
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe environment
• Adapt to changing requirements and provide flexible support across all shifts

Requirements

• Current Victorian Private Security Individual Licence is essential
• Ability to work across day, night, and weekend shifts, including 12-hour rotations
• Further Completion of a pre-employment physical assessment and drug screening
• Confirmation of Influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption; COVID vaccination strongly recommended
• Strong professional demeanor, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond quickly to dynamic situations
