Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Further Set up and maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas
- Clean surfaces including windows, walls, doors, furniture, and fixtures
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors
- Replace towels, toiletries, and other room amenities
- Further Strip and remake beds with fresh linens
- Vacuum carpets and clean hard floor surfaces
- Inspect rooms for maintenance or safety issues and report concerns promptly
- Ensure all equipment, lights, locks, and remotes are functioning properly
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways and common areas
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests at all times
- Further Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment
- Further Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Basic reading, comprehension, and communication skills
- Further Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage (up to 6 months preferred)
