Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards
- Ensure high levels of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail at all times
- Replenish room supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities
- Moreover Report maintenance issues, lost property, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from managers and supervisors
- Moreover Assist in preparing rooms efficiently to meet guest check-in schedules
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or accommodation experience is desirable but not essential
- Availability to work casual shifts, including weekends and shift work
- Legal authorization to work in Australia
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
