The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in kitchen and service areas. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery using manual or machine dishwashing methods.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in kitchen and dining areas.
• Moreover Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean storage rooms, refrigerators, and food service areas.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Provide basic cleaning support to chefs and service staff when required.
• Moreover Report any maintenance problems or safety hazards to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage environments is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Moreover Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift items when necessary.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Moreover Availability to start immediately is preferred.
