Job Responsibilities
Moreover Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Determining appropriate construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Preparing engineering sketches, plans, and detailed designs
Moreover Organizing and supervising site labor and subcontractors
Coordinating delivery of materials, plant, and equipment
Estimating project costs and managing budgets
Moreover Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and compliance
Ensuring all work meets safety regulations and contract provisions
Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Moreover At least two years of relevant experience in the civil construction industry
A recognized qualification in Civil Engineering, such as:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) – NZQF Level 7/8, or
New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Civil) – NZQF Level 6, or equivalent
Moreover Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Eligibility to work in New Zealand
Moreover A full and clean New Zealand driver’s license (preferred
