Room Attendant Jobs in Auckland. Hilton is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team in Auckland City (1010) on a part-time basis. Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and floor areas to Hilton’s high standards

  • Moreover Ensure guest privacy and security at all times during service

  • Replenish guest room amenities and supplies as required

  • Perform turndown service when needed

  • Keep housekeeping trolleys clean, organised, and fully stocked

  • Moreover Maintain cleaning equipment and report any defects

  • Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and damages promptly

  • Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests and complaints

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of linen rooms and storage areas

  • Promote Hilton services, facilities, and products to guests when appropriate

  • Moreover Work collaboratively with team members and other departments

  • Adhere to Hilton policies, procedures, and code of conduct

  • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school qualification or Certificate Level III preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience

  • Moreover Experience in international or chain hotels is highly desirable

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and guest floor procedures

  • Moreover Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
