Responsibilities
Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and floor areas to Hilton’s high standards
Moreover Ensure guest privacy and security at all times during service
Replenish guest room amenities and supplies as required
Perform turndown service when needed
Keep housekeeping trolleys clean, organised, and fully stocked
Moreover Maintain cleaning equipment and report any defects
Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and damages promptly
Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests and complaints
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of linen rooms and storage areas
Promote Hilton services, facilities, and products to guests when appropriate
Moreover Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Adhere to Hilton policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by management
Requirements
High school qualification or Certificate Level III preferred
Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience
Moreover Experience in international or chain hotels is highly desirable
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and guest floor procedures
Moreover Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage
Legal right to work in New Zealand
