Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
Moreover Ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Carry out related duties and special projects as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Manager
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions when required
Moreover Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure the security of personal information
Communicate positively and effectively with team members and management
Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Moreover Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Moreover Good verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Moreover Physically fit and active to meet the demands of the role
Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
Ability to pass police and reference checks
