Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards and procedures

  • Moreover Ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation

  • Carry out related duties and special projects as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Manager

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions when required

  • Moreover Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure the security of personal information

  • Communicate positively and effectively with team members and management

  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

  • Moreover Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

  • Moreover Good verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Moreover Physically fit and active to meet the demands of the role

  • Legally entitled to work in New Zealand

  • Ability to pass police and reference checks
