Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Moreover Implement and follow personalised care plans according to individual needs
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
Moreover Maintain accurate records of care provided and monitor any changes in client condition
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Use IT systems to update records and access relevant care information efficiently
Requirements
Previous experience in a care home or providing home care desirable but not essential; full training provided
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Moreover Strong IT skills for maintaining digital records and care plans
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with clients
Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients’ privacy and dignity
