You will play a key role in supporting project teams, ensuring quality assurance, and coordinating essential construction activities.

Responsibilities

  • Moreover Report directly to the Project Manager and support the Site Manager with daily operations

  • Moreover Review project specifications, prepare ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) lists, and develop check sheets

  • Prepare lists of required samples and prototypes, and coordinate with subcontractors for submission

  • Manage the submission, tracking, and approval process of all samples

  • Maintain and update Quality Assurance systems

  • Work proactively with critical trades and ensure check sheets are completed according to specifications

  • Moreover Maintain and manage drawing registers and oversee the shop drawing approval process

  • Mark up revised drawings and highlight changes for costing, amendments, or issuing to subcontractors

  • Moreover Serve as the main point of contact for Site Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and consultants regarding RFIs

  • Provide weekly status reports on outstanding RFIs for internal and consultant meetings

  • Collaborate with team members and continuously develop effective communication skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Proven experience in Residential Apartment Construction

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications

  • Ability to manage documentation, approvals, and QA systems

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Moreover Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
