Responsibilities

• Moreover Perform MIG Pulse welding and pass required 2G and 3G welding tests.

• Set up and run RT & UT quality code welds.

• Set up and run UT quality nozzle/branch welds.

• Moreover Perform carbon arc gouging as needed.

• Complete UT or RT weld repairs accurately and efficiently.

• Clean, inspect, and properly stamp all welds.

• Set up and perform non-code vessel welds.

• Layout, fit, and assemble vessel components according to drawings and specifications.

• Operate all oxy-fuel cutting and burning processes.

• Moreover Read and interpret drawings, WPSs, and PQRs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Make sound decisions and complete tasks efficiently.

• Moreover Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder, specifically with MIG Pulse procedures.

• Ability to pass 2G and 3G weld tests.

• Moreover Strong understanding of RT and UT welding standards.

• Skilled in carbon arc gouging and oxy-fuel cutting.

• Moreover Ability to read technical drawings, WPSs, and PQRs.

• Good decision-making skills and consistent work speed.
