About The Role

• Moreover Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Provide high-quality care in line with each resident’s individual care plan.

• Use innovative tools like our myRyman care app for seamless care delivery.

• Moreover Work collaboratively with a team that values trust, respect, and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support tailored to residents’ needs.

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior.

• Moreover Support residents with daily activities while promoting independence.

• Ensure dignity and compassion in all aspects of care.

• Moreover Collaborate with nurses and other team members to maintain a high standard of service.

• Create a warm, friendly, and safe environment within the village.

Requirements

• Moreover Kindness, empathy, and a genuine passion for caregiving.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A respectful and professional attitude toward residents, families, and team members.

• Moreover Ability to work scheduled hours reliably (Friday to Monday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM).

• Previous experience in aged care is highly valued but not essential.

• You must have New Zealand work rights to be eligible for this role.
