Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner – Housekeeper, you’ll responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms and shared spaces. You’ll play an essential role in creating a healthy, welcoming environment for our residents.
Your tasks will include:
Moreover Delivering thorough cleaning services in accordance with the daily cleaning schedule.
Maintaining adequate stock of cleaning supplies.
Moreover Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are tidy and safe.
Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the Household Supervisor.
Moreover Following Health & Safety policies and correct handling of cleaning chemicals.
Respectfully interacting with residents and contributing to a caring, homely atmosphere.
Requirements
Moreover Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in a care home, hospital, or similar setting is preferred.
Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
Reliable transportation or travel arrangements.
Moreover Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
Physically fit and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
A respectful, caring approach to interacting with elderly residents.
