Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality civil engineering designs, technical specifications, calculations, and reports.
Moreover Lead and manage design teams to ensure project quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
Plan and execute engineering tasks across concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
Moreover Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams locally and nationally to achieve project outcomes.
Liaise with project managers, design managers, and clients, preparing professional documentation and proposals.
Moreover Review designs for compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and project requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the Civil Engineering discipline.
Support the preparation of bids and tender submissions for new projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Moreover Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status preferred.
Proven experience in an engineering consulting environment.
Strong background in civil infrastructure design for Defence, Building, or Transport projects.
Familiarity with Australian standards and civil design guidelines.
Moreover Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance.
Willingness to work towards chartership within an agreed timeframe.
