Job Description

• Moreover Supervise and coordinate the construction of bridges and underpasses, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
• Review and approve contractors’ shop drawings, proposed materials, and construction methods
• Moreover Conduct regular field inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Prepare and review technical reports, including daily diaries, inspection reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules
• Oversee the work of inspectors and provide guidance on the supervision of contractors’ operations
• Review and analyze as-built drawings in collaboration with inspectors and surveyors
• Moreover Monitor project conformance with contractors’ schedules and propose solutions for any deviations
• Collaborate with the senior engineering team to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
• Moreover Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and RTA standards

Civil Engineer Jobs Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience in supervising the construction of roads, highways, bridges, and underpasses
• Previous experience working in Dubai, with familiarity of local construction practices and regulations
• In-depth knowledge of bridge and underpass construction techniques and best practices
• Moreover Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Moreover Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Moreover Familiarity with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) standards and approval processes (preferred)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Moreover Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement creative solutions in complex engineering projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
