Driver Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support KiwiHarvest operations by transporting food supplies, managing stock movements, and representing the organization professionally.
Main responsibilities include:
- Collecting and transporting rescued food from different locations.
- Delivering food supplies to community groups and partner organizations.
- Handling warehouse stock movements safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading boxes and products.
- Lifting and moving boxes weighing approximately 10–20kg throughout the day.
- Recording stock movements using phone and tablet applications.
- Using systems such as Outlook, vWork, and Salesforce after receiving training.
- Keeping managers updated on daily activities and deliveries.
- Maintaining professional relationships with food donors, community groups, and the public.
- Solving delivery and logistics challenges effectively.
- Following workplace safety procedures and company requirements.
Job Requirements
